五千兩銀子的比喻
馬太福音 25章 有一段五千兩銀子的故事非常有名。
馬太福音 25:14-30
受託銀子的比喻
天國又好比一個人要往外國去、就叫了僕人來、把他的家業交給他們
按著各人的才幹、給他們銀子。
一個給了五千、一個給了二千、一個給了一千．就往外國去了。
那領五千的、隨即拿去做買賣、另外賺了五千。
那領二千的、也照樣另賺了二千。
但那領一千的、去掘開地、把主人的銀子埋藏了。
過了許久、那些僕人的主人來了、和他們算賬。
那領五千銀子的、又帶著那另外的五千來、
說、主阿、你交給我五千銀子、請看、我又賺了五千。
主人說、好、你這又良善又忠心的僕人．
你在不多的事上有忠心、我要把許多事派你管理．可以進來享受你主的快樂。
那領二千的也來說、
主阿、你交給我二千銀子、請看、我又賺了二千。
主人說、好、你這又良善又忠心的僕人．
你在不多的事上有忠心、我要把許多事派你管理．可以進來享受你主人的快樂。
領一千的、也來說、主阿、我知道你是忍心的人、
沒有種的地方要收割、沒有散的地方要聚斂
我就害怕、去把你的一千銀子埋藏在地裡．請看、你的原銀子在這裡。
主人回答說、你這又惡又懶的僕人、
你既知道我沒有種的地方要收割、
沒有散的地方要聚斂．
就當把我的銀子放給兌換銀錢的人、到我來的時候、可以連本帶利收回。
奪過他這一千來、給那有一萬的。
因為凡有的、還要加給他、叫他有餘．沒有的、連他所有的、也要奪過來。
把這無用的僕人、丟在外面黑暗裡．在那裡必要哀哭切齒了。

The parable of the talents
For it is as when a man, about to take a journey, got his servants together, and gave them his property.And to one he gave five talents, to another two, to another one; to everyone as he was able; and he went on his journey.Straight away he who had been given the five talents went and did trade with them, and made five more.In the same way he who had been given the two got two more.But he who was given the one went away and put it in a hole in the earth, and kept his lord’s money in a secret place.
Now after a long time the lord of those servants comes, and makes up his account with them.And he who had the five talents came with his other five talents, saying, Lord, you gave into my care five talents: see, I have got five more.
His lord said to him,
Well done, good and true servant: you have been true in a small thing, I will give you control over great things: take your part in the joy of your lord.
And he who had the two talents came and said, Lord, you gave into my care two talents: see, I have got two more.His lord said to him, Well done, good and true servant: you have been true in a small thing, I will give you control over great things: take your part in the joy of your lord.
And he who had had the one talent came and said, Lord, I had knowledge that you are a hard man, getting in grain where you have not put seed, and making profits for which you have done no work:And I was in fear, and went away, and put your talent in the earth: here is what is yours.
But his lord in answer said to him, You are a bad and unready servant; if you had knowledge that I get in grain where I did not put seed, and make profits for which I have done no work,Why, then, did you not put my money in the bank, and at my coming I would have got back what is mine with interest?
Take away, then, his talent and give it to him who has the ten talents.
For to everyone who has will be given, and he will have more: but from him who has not, even what he has will be taken away.
And put out the servant who is of no profit into the outer dark: there will be weeping and cries of sorrow.

解開聖經「五千兩銀子的比喻」
在我剛開始閱讀聖經時，大約20歲上下，看到這個經文，嚇了一跳，想說這領一千兩銀子的僕人好可憐啊。一開始領的錢也比其它人少，結果最後沒賺錢也罷，竟然連他所有都要奪去，把它丟在黑暗中。還好，當初沒有因為自己無知的關係，而遠離神。在教會學習後，使我了解聖經是一本用「比喻」封印的書籍。要解開比喻，才可以明瞭到神的意念非同人的意念。
這一段的經文，重點並不在一開始哪一個僕人領比較多的銀子。關鍵在於，主人交托給自己的事情，是否盡忠誠地達成。不是偷懶找藉口，不盡自己的本份。而是努力地盡忠誠。盡心 、 盡性 、 盡意地去做。
do it with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind
盡心、盡性、盡意是，不管狀況如何、不管再怎麼辛苦，不論是否有人阻擋，不論發生任何事還是去做。
聖經中得到五千銀子的僕人，因為盡忠誠所以得到更多。都沒有付出的人，奪取他所有，而給那有的人，這才公平。在等待人們盡忠誠的過程中，
神，也是很多經歷了許多等待。撒種、澆灌、成長，才等待到地球上的人們結出纍纍愛神的果實。做得好的人，不是能力比較厲害，而是付出比較多。教會當中，被賦予重任的鄭朝恩牧師24歲便站上講台，不是天生就很會，而是盡心盡性盡意地付出。要盡到神交托的使命其實很難耶。對他們而言不是很容易，而是擺上忠誠去做的關係才做得到。

之前沒有盡忠誠的人會怎麼樣呢？
如果在耶穌的時代，這樣的僕人會被丟到黑暗裡，哀哭切齒。還好，因著主的條件時代提升層次了。
「沒有盡忠誠的人之命運， 神還是憐憫他，讓他搭上(救援)那部車，所以明年再做吧。」
聽到主日禮拜時，牧師如此證道時，內心再度震懾住。主的愛，遠遠超過人的想像啊。
