總是覺得時間不夠用？人生的成就會左右於時間如何使用、使用在哪方面、與誰一起使用。
這一世代的人面對3C媒體大量資訊轟炸，時間被傳媒切割得破碎。你需要學習正確時間管理的方法，把自己的心力、時間，成就在「對的事物」上。
若你把時間用來運動，那時間就會變成「運動」的時間； 若把時間用來禱告，那時間就會變成「禱告」的時間； 若把時間用來看傳媒，那時間就會變成「看傳媒」的時間。在生活中，要將時間當成「與全知全能的 神見面的時間」來使用，那時間才會被使用為最有價值且永恆的時間。

看聖經就能知道使徒保羅之所以能擁有屬靈的信仰、擁有與耶穌基督成為一體的堅定信仰來生活， 是因為他或吃或喝，無論做什麼都唯有為了榮耀 神而行，使徒保羅的生活絕對以 神和耶穌為中心，將生活中所有的機會都當成達成旨意的機會。
這時代相信神的人也是如此。 大家都不要只把自己得到的所有機會、才能和物質當成達成自己目的的機會，而是要當成達成 神、聖靈的旨意和目的的機會，如此使用自己的身體、內心和想法。
時間若只為自己使用，就無法達成 神的目的。 若忘記神，而自顧自使用自己被賦予的時間，那時間就是『人的時間』， 若與 神和聖靈一起使用，那時間就是『 神和聖靈的時間』。 因此，不要讓時間被奪走，而是要與 神和聖靈一起使用。
祝福大家都能愛惜時間，將生活中每寸光陰，當作達成聖三位的旨意之機會來度過生活。
