面對恐懼的時刻，心跳加快、瞳孔放大，身體的交感神經啟動，做好了逃亡或是決一死戰的凖備。
人生有太多的時刻讓人面臨驚恐，害怕失去，恐懼做不到，或被畏怯自己無法百分之百控制的事情的發展。
每個當下 神都會我們同在同在。但有件事比這更重要：那就是絕對不能忘記為了達成 神的旨意與目的，無論我們去哪裡，神和聖靈都會使用我們、使用合宜之人動工。當我們這樣在生活中意識 神時，才會得到力量、產生勇氣、湧出希望，而能盡心、盡性、盡意與 神和聖靈一起行動。

尋求神脫離恐懼
詩34:4
我曾尋求耶和華，他就應允我，救我脫離了一切的恐懼。

神必與你同在
申31:6
你們當剛強壯膽，不要害怕，也不要畏懼他們，因為耶和華─你的神和你同去。他必不撇下你，也不丟棄你。

代下32:7

太10:29-31

倚靠神的像樹栽於水旁
耶17:7-8
倚靠耶和華、以耶和華為可靠的，那人有福了！
他必像樹栽於水旁，在河邊扎根，炎熱來到，並不懼怕，葉子仍必青翠，在乾旱之年毫無掛慮，而且結果不止。

提後1:7
因為神賜給我們，不是膽怯的心，乃是剛強、仁愛、謹守的心。

三股合成的繩子不容易折斷
傳4:12
有人攻勝孤身一人，若有二人便能敵擋他；三股合成的繩子不容易折斷。
Ecc4:12
And two attacked by one would be safe, and three cords twisted together are not quickly broken.
無論往何處去盡都亨通的方法
1.七股合成的繩子
如果自己獨自去做，就是單股繩子，所以會因為脆弱而斷掉。如果與 神、聖靈和聖子一起做， 與耶穌和時代使命者一起做，與天使一起做，再加上自己就是「七股合成的繩子」。因此會多麼強而有力呢？會很強韌，所以不會斷掉。就連撒但和屬惡的世界也弄不斷這繩子。
2.教會合一
在教會中，教役者、指導者和教友也要以三位和使命者為中心來成為一體，化為三股合成的繩子去行動，才確實能順利亨通。 因此，希望大家不要獨自覺得孤單，不要覺得沒有力量，而是要成為多股合成的繩子去行動。
3.話語、禱告、讚美
話語、禱告和讚美也是三股合成的繩子，只要一起做就會變強，不會斷掉。要以話語、禱告和讚美來奔跑三位的歷史
4.絕對倚靠神
神對摩西、約書亞、雅各跟大衛都說：「我會與你同在，你不論去哪裡都會順利亨通。」 最後也按照那話語所說的，讓他們順利又亨通。 神和聖靈與他們同在的理由是因為他們「首先」絕對地倚靠 神，向 神禱告並與 神一起行動。
5.盡心盡性盡意去做
不論發生什麼事，都不要覺得自己是一個人，而是 與神和聖靈一起做吧！另外，要盡心、盡性、盡意去做。這麼一來，全能者三位一體也必定會盡心、盡性、盡意地按照所預定的為你動工。
